From those early sips, Lydia's fascination with coffee grew, leading her on a path to a career in the coffee industry.

Her first coffee job was at a cafe known for its many syrups and flavor combinations, but it was her second coffee shop, a charming little cafe in Tucker, Georgia, that opened her eyes to the vast world of coffee, espresso, and pour-overs. Lydia's desire to educate staff and customers about coffee became a lifelong mission to serve the perfect cup. In 2016, her dedication paid off when she helped open a coffee shop that earned the title of Best New Coffee Shop, courtesy of Atlanta magazine.
